Warranty

Depending on the type of product purchased, the warranty period can be one to 12 months.

1. Combat and hunting weapons.
1.1. The warranty for purchased by a shop, a partner of GUNS.BG, hunting and short rifles is 1 / one / year.
1.2. This guarantee is valid only if it is completed in full and legible at the time of receipt of the goods, contains the invoice number with which the sale was made, the seller's stamp and signature and the buyer's signature.
1.3. When the lease is sold, the warranty period starts to run from the moment of receipt of the goods.
1.4. When using the guarantee, the owner, in addition to the warranty card, must provide the original with the purchase permit Form 1 and the invoice for the purchased weapon.
1.5. The guarantee does not cover:
- Lodges, semi-finished pieces, buttstocks, booms, handles, measuring instruments
- missing parts and mechanisms involved in the operation of the weapon
- cosmetic damage on the outside of the weapon, as well as for normal wear of mechanical components subject to wear during the normal / prescribed / operation process.

1.6. In case of repair:
- repair is performed by a service center - authorized by GUNS.BG
- the workshop performs a number of actions that bring the weapon to the level of technical suitability and serviceability
- the warranty period does not run during the weapon's service
- the importer and the workshop cannot be held responsible for the lost profits and consequent losses due to the defect of the goods and their stay in the workshop
- in case of need for replacement of parts, units or parts during repair, defective ones become the property of the repair shop and are taken by the service worker for reporting
1.7. Free warranty service may be denied in the following cases:
- in the case of damage to the weapon resulting from defective, hand-equipped, atypical or non-standard ammunition of the caliber indicated
- when parts, assemblies and mechanisms involved in the mode of operation and operation of the weapon are missing
- when the damage is due to improper assembly of the weapon
- when the instructions for storage, assembly and operation specified in the weapon manual are not followed
- when there is a discrepancy between the particulars in the documents and the goods themselves
- where there is an attempt to correct the defect by the buyer or other unauthorized persons
- when the damage occurred as a result of an external rigid body falling into the barrel of the weapon, under the influence of an aggressive external environment, or no basic care was taken for it
- where the defect is due to shocks, shocks and mechanical overload resulting from transport, negligence or natural disasters or other causes in force majeure circumstances.
1.8. The maximum repair period is up to 15 / fifteen / working days, provided that the spare parts, assemblies and parts necessary for it are available. In case of need of replacement of parts, components and parts that need to be ordered from abroad, repair is carried out after delivery.
1.9. There is no statutory requirement for a maximum number of repairs that would require a replacement of the weapon.

2.Pneumatic, gas weapons, bows and crossbows

2.1. The warranty period for purchased shop, partner of GUNS.BG, pneumatic, gas weapons and crossbows is:
- for pneumatic long and short weapons:
- Turkish and Chinese production - 1 / one / month
- Italian production - 2 / two / months
- German and Spanish production - 3 / three / months
- for a pneumatic weapon using a carbon dioxide bottle:
- German and Spanish production - 2 / two / months
- for gas-signal weapons:
- Turkish and Italian production - 1 / one / month
- German production - 2 / two / months
- for crossbows:
- American production - 2 / two / months

2.2. The guarantee is valid only if it is completed in full and legible at the time of receipt of the goods, contains the number of the certificate with which the sale was made, the seal and signature of the seller and the signature of the buyer.
2.3. When the lease is sold, the warranty period starts to run from the moment of receipt of the goods.
2.4. When using the guarantee, the owner, in addition to the warranty card, must provide the original with the certificate of purchase of the weapon.
2.5. The guarantee does not cover:
- Lodges, semi-finished pieces, buttstocks, booms, handles, measuring instruments
- missing parts and mechanisms involved in the operation of the weapon
- cosmetic damage on the outside of the weapon, as well as for normal wear of mechanical components subject to wear during the normal / prescribed / operation process.
